Hi, my name is Ali Schreiber, and I am the Sr. Nutrition Program Coordinator at Life Time in Fort Washington, Pa. My passion for health, fitness, and wellness started at a very young age. I grew up in a very healthy and active family. My mom was and still is a personal trainer and my father is an avid tennis player, participating in matches multiple times a week. My sisters and I grew up playing organized sports as well as being active outside. We are all still active to this day, as we are runners and exercise class junkies. Junk food in my childhood home consisted of unsalted pretzels, carrots, and celery! Home cooked healthy and balanced meals were provided for us. We Also learned how to make healthy choices when dining out. Having this healthy upbringing guided me into choosing health and wellness as a profession.

My education began at Pennsylvania State University where I received a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, while full filling my required courses for attending Chiropractic school. I am also a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. My passion for nutrition has led me to obtain a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences.

I am very excited to share my passion for nutrition, optimal health, fitness, and wellness. Learn how to look and feel your best from the inside out, by making small or large changes in your lifestyle! Change the way you view health! Learn the importance of not only the food you eat, but how alternative therapies and supplementation can help you achieve optimal wellness. Most just assume that if you eat well, then you are healthy. Living a healthy lifestyle includes more than the foods that we eat. Understanding all the moving parts of what makes us healthy such as antioxidants, current health trends, fitness, alternative therapies, and the uses of herbs and supplementation, will show that there is more to living a healthy lifestyle than the foods we eat.
I believe in using lessons learned throughout my life, trial and error, personal experiences, research, and class oriented material, to customize the experience of working with me, a nutritionist/wellness coach.

Join me on the road to optimal health and wellness!
